1.     What does "piece" stand for?

"piece" is the acknowledgement that we are all an equal "piece" of something much greater than ourselves - everything really - and should act accordingly.  It is simply taking other people, the planet, and general prosperity into consideration in each moment.  The combination of the three makes the "piece" 2.0 lifestyle sustainable and results in peace of mind, body and spirit.

2.     Why "piece" 2.0?

The word peace and the traditional peace signs have become goals - peace is something we hope for but do not have today.  "piece" 2.0 changes the word, but also changes the mental model with which we view peace.  "piece" is about acting and through acting, "knowing" moments lived in "piece" (people, planet, prosperity).  Until we know "piece" we will not have peace.  So, "piece" 2.0 is a lifestyle, not a hope or destination.  One word represents the view of the world humans should have in each moment and also what the result of living with that view is.  That one word is "piece".

3.     How is "piece" 2.0 different from the peace movement?

First, "piece" is an individual lifestyle/choice in each moment, it is not a goal, "piece" is a reality for whoever wants it, right now.  Second, "piece" is about using your talents to serve others and the planet but not at the expense of your, or anyone else's, prosperity - it is broader than the peace movement which was largely an anti-war movement.  Third, "piece" was started to enable humans to live in "piece", we are not against anything, so, awareness yes, protests, no.

4.     Explain the "piece" sign again.

The "piece" sign and icon show us united & connected.  The fingers are together and the center circle in the icon is solid - as they should be.  It also says "piece" which is a call to action in the moment.  Not sure if most people know what to do with the peace sign, "piece" changes that.

5.     What is a moment in "piece"?

A good example is the "piece" 2.0 kanteen.  Every moment you use it you are helping bring awareness to living moments in "piece" (people, planet, prosperity), you are helping the planet (think the Brita commercials), you are saving money for yourself (roughly $500/year) and you are helping others either preserve their livelihood (seeded paper from Nepal) or helping others help the planet (1% for the Planet, Trees for the Future).
That is a jam packed moment that will bring you a sense of satisfaction and peace of mind, body and spirit.

6.     Why send "piece" 2.0 kanteens to Oprah, Bono, etc.?

First, simply to thank them for the inspiration and example, they clearly use their talents to serve others and do bring "piece" into the world.  Second, to bring awareness to "piece" 2.0.  Third, to sell some "piece" 2.0 kanteens!!!!  Fourth, see the answer to number five - "piece" 2.0 is about helping humans live in "piece" - the kanteen is a very easy, convenient way for folks to start stringing those moments together.

Look forward to your comments or any other questions, "piece".
